The Ark at Mountain Valley is owned by Sunrise Real Estate Investments, and was created to allow private investors an opportunity to purchase one or more home sites in a growing area of the United States, without having to spend a fortune doing so. We believe that every investor should have an opportunity to benefit from the change of pattern in people movement within the country, and the fact that the U.S. population keeps rapidly increasing.

The management team spent a long time researching the Mid-Western states looking for a land site that could meet our criterions: scenic location, easy access, affordable for our investors, and enough space to build a good sized home. We settled for The Ark after careful consideration, and after looking at other success stories across the state.

We do believe in land as the best form of investment for any buy-to-hold investor, and we have seen the growth of land banking as a phenomenon across both the U.S. and Europe over the last few years. For everyone’s enjoyment, we do not place any time limits on our residents to build, and neither do we direct you to just one local builder. The only requirement we would like you to comply with is that when you do choose to build, please build at least a 1.000 sq.ft home – to keep up the integrity of the community. We do also welcome developers into The Ark at Mountain Valley.

We do have a strong network of local tradesmen and agents available, so should you wish to build, resell or need any other assistance as a resident of our community, we will do our very best to be of assistance.

Mr. Andreas Johansson is the CEO of Sunrise Real Estate Investments, who owns The Ark at Mountain Valley. Mr. Johansson is currently based in New York, and is working very hard with our International partners to bring this opportunity to buyers worldwide.

Mr. Johansson’s background is in International real estate, and he has been working with developers and investors in markets such as the Caribbean, Central America, Brazil & Europe.

Mr. Johansson is a native of Sweden, and has spent time living in the United Kingdom, the U.S. and Ireland before deciding to focus his business efforts on the United States, where he has been helping to link developers with agents & investors from his previous bases at Ft Lauderdale, FL and Portland, ME, before deciding to move back to New York.

It was a few years ago that Mr. Johansson first explored the beauty of investing in land, and the benefits it has for investors. “When selling land, you don’t sell real estate – you sell a dream” is his motto.
