The purchase process at The Ark at Mountain Valley

The purchase process at The Ark has been made as simple as possible, why make things complicated when there really is no need to?

First of all, we do ask for a $2,000 USD deposit once you feel ready to proceed with your purchase. This will reserve the lot and take it off the inventory so that nobody else can purchase it during the reservation period. This deposit will be sent into an escrow account, so that you can be assured that your money is safe. The deposits can be paid either directly from your account via bank transfer, or by using an independent currency broker.

Once you have placed your deposit, we will send you your purchase contract that you will need to sign and return to us for co-signature. At this point, you will need to decide how you want to pay - over how many months you want the finance, compared to a cash purchase etc. If you have any questions or need any assistance in working out your monthly payments, please just ask!

All payments will be paid into an escrow account, to ensure your peace of mind throughout the closing process. There is a closing cost at the end of $599 USD paid by the buyer, which covers the cost of the title transfer, document stamps etc etc.

All lots are guaranteed to be transferred free and clear, without back taxes, liens and/or mortgages.
