We are offering all buyers at The Ark at Mountain Valley the option of purchasing a home together with your lot - with all homes sourced from a local Arkansas-based company.
All homes are at least 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, and are priced from as low as $35 USD per square foot - less than half of the cost of a site-built property.
We want you to be aware that you are still free to build what you want, when you want, on your lot. This is simply another option we are offering to buyers who are interested in purchasing a lot and a home together at once, and use it either for rental or recreational purposes.
The total cost of the lot, home, and neccessary improvements can be as low as $125,000 USD for a ready-made home, and the assembly time can be as little as a few weeks, and never longer than a few months. All homes are built to comply with strict codes, and warranties are in place for all homes.
We are also happy to help you get in touch with local brokers to attract renters who are looking for a home - either long term, or as a vacation property. Off course, these houses would make for a fantastic home as well - at a fraction of the price of what you would "normally" pay.
